California Footwear Company is designed to bring quality and comfort to your life. If for any reason you feel the need to return or exchange an item purchased on californiafootwearco.com based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Non-sale merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged. No returns on closeout merchandise. All returns and exchanges should be received in new/unworn condition in original box to:

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange footwear for different sizing or colors. Please write the details of your exchange request (i.e. "exchange for one size larger") on your original packing slip. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include a note with instructions and be sure to include your name, address, and phone number or email so that we may contact you with any questions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: Please write the details of your request with reason for your return (i.e. "not the product I was expecting", etc.) on your original packing slip. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include a note with instructions and be sure to include your name, address, and phone number or email so that we may contact you with any questions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. If payment is by credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
